HGM series ultrafine mill is a new type of powder grinding machine, which is widely used in paint, paper, rubber, plastic, cosmetic, chemical and other industries. It is suitable for processing non flammable and explosive mineral which Mohs scale of mineral hardness is less than 6, and humidity is below 6%, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, silica, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potash ore, pumice and other more than 100 kinds of materials. The granularity of finished material is between 325-2500mesh (0.044-0.005mm).
1. High efficiency and energy saving. The output of this ultrafine mill is higher than air flow mill, stirring mill and ball mill in the case of fineness and motor power are same.
2. Long service life of wearing parts. Grinding roller and roller wheel are forged by special materials, so that their service life is 2-5 times longer than that of impact crusher and turbo mill. The service life of wearing parts can reach 1 year, when they are used for processing calcium carbonate, calcite, the service life can reach 2-5 years.
3. High security and reliability. There is no rolling bearing and bolt in milling chamber, so this grinding machine does not have the problem of seal and the damaged wearing parts, also there is no problem of destroying machine caused by bolt loosing.
4. Environmental protection and clean. Our ultrafine mill is equipped with pulse dust collector and muffler.
The material is crushed into small particles by hammer crusher, then fed into the hopper by elevator, after that the material is conveyed to the upper part of the turntable through vibrating feeder and feed pipe. It will become the powder by the processes of impacting, rolling and grinding. High pressure fan is used to take the outside air into the machine, and brought the crushed materials into the mill.
The rotary impeller of ultrafine mill can make the coarse material fall back to the mill, and the fine powder will be collected by cyclone collector and then discharged. The air flow with a small amount of fine dust will be discharged through the pulse dust collector, air blower and muffler.
Thefine grinding mill is mainly used to produce fine and ultrafine powders. It is applicable for non-flammable materials.
